This tutorial assumes you already have RVSiteBuilder open in your browser.

Click the STEP FOUR PAGE STRUCTURE option.

Select the ONLINE FORM option then add to your page structure.

Click SAVE.

As per the warning message above, you have to set up an email address to where the form submissions will be delivered.

Click the WYSIWYG icon for the Online form page.

Right click the form control and select FORM PROPERTIES.

From this screen you can configure the Form Properties, including the properties of all individual text boxes that are to be included in the form.

For each form component, you can assign a field title, character width, maximum number of characters, whether it is a password field and whether or not the field is required.

Scroll down to the bottom of the page. Once you have made all desired changes click the NEXT button.

You will not see a preview of what your form will look like.

From this screen you can change certain properties that define the way the form looks.

Click the NEXT button.

Now enter the EMAIL ADDRESS where the form submissions are to be delivered.

Then click INSERT TO EDITOR.

When finished making changes, be sure to click the SAVE icon.

Remember you must publish your changes for them to take effect.

Click STEP SEVEN-PUBLISH, then click the PUBLISH button mid-screen.

Click YES to overwrite the current website. To preview changes, click SITE PREVIEW at the top right of your screen.
