This tutorial assumes you have already launched the Fantastico application.
Click the OSTICKET LINK.
You will be taken to the osTicket installation screen. osTicket a support ticket system featuring email piping, pop3 login, unlimited email addresses, admin/staff/user panels, limit maximum tickets user can have opened, accept attachments, limit size and more.
Click the NEW INSTALLATION LINK.
Enter the name of the directory you’d like to install in, or leave the field bank for installation in the root directory.
Enter an ADMIN USERNAME AND PASSWORD in the following boxes.
Then enter an ADMIN EMAIL ADDRESS.
Click the INSTALL button.
Click the FINISH INSTALLATION button.
You’ve successfully installed osTicket in your account. Click the provided LINK to login to your new installation.
Login using the ADMIN USERNAME AND PASSWORD you assigned during installation.
Your new installation is now listed in the scripts home page.
To VISIT SITE click the provided link at the bottom center of the page. To delete the site, click the REMOVE link at the bottom right of the page.
